Kananaskis

This weekend just gone, we travelled to Lake Louise with Jan's parents who are enjoying their second visit out from the UK to see us. Last time, (in April), we were unable to show them much of Kananaskis and Lake Louise was still largely frozen. This time it was a different story and so we thought we would share a few pictures of the trip. This first installment relates to the Kananaskis part of the journey.We stopped for lunch at Kananaskis Village...It adds about an hour or so to the journey to go from Okotoks to Lake Louise via Kananaskis, but the beauty of the area pretty much negates the extra time.
