Eamonn joined the RE/MAX "family" and spent a tremendous couple of years with a great team of professionals at RE/MAX Southern Realty in High River. But all good things come to an end and so, a few days ago, Eamonn made the move to his new brokerage, RE/MAX iREALTY Innovations.
Two reasons...Location and Technology.
Location
RE/MAX iREALTY Innovations, are based in the Devenish building on 17th Avenue SW, Calgary (the area otherwise known as Uptown). As Eamonn's existing clients know, Eamonn has always been a Realtor that serves all of Calgary, Okotoks (where we live of course), Airdrie, Cochrane and High River (and other nearby towns around Calgary) but having a near Downtown Calgary address, instead of a High River address, makes it easier for new clients to relate to that fact.
Technology in Real Estate
Beyond that though, RE/MAX iREALTY Innovations are THE leaders in the use of technology in real estate. Eamonn's move to RE/MAX iREALTY Innovations coincides with the official launch of Eamonn's new real estate website, http://www.movewithme.ca/ , the production of which has been something of a labour of love over the past year! So many real estate websites are just templates with standard information. Eamonn wanted his site to be user friendly and packed with helpful content. More and more content will be added over time. One of the great features is that you can do all of your property searching from the site and you can sign up as a VIP and get masses of market data. It'd be great to hear your views about the site and about the fetching new logo that goes with it, designed by one of Eamonn's clients (a VERY talented Graphic Designer - if anyone needs one, let Eamonn know and he will point you in the right direction!).

Other Changes - Janet
But this is not the end of the changes! Janet has been the Office Manager of RE/MAX Southern Realty for over two years. However, we decided that with Eamonn's change of brokerage, it was time for Janet to take a different direction too. Janet will be leaving her post at the brokerage in the very near future and after spending a little time helping to set up some new processes and systems, she will start to implement some plans of her own.
